Working for a leading company in the West Midlands, a new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst.
Together, with a team of experts, you will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues for clients using SQL software applications and websites. Additionally, the role requires you to carry out software releases to clients as and when new versions are made available by the developers. The role requires strong technical and interpersonal skills in order to meet and exceed client expectations.
In order to be successful in the role, you’ll need to possess:
- SQL Server – Strong knowledge of administering & troubleshooting SQL server
- Windows OS – Good knowledge of administering & troubleshooting Windows OS (Desktop & Server)
- Citrix & Remote Desktop Services
