You will serve as a key escalation point for support issues, such as loss-of-service incidents, maintenance, and problem investigations. At this professional firm, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse tech stack, including Windows Server, Exchange, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, and more.
