Hiring a hands-on Salesforce Developer to help evolve the Salesforce ecosystem and unlock even more value from continuous investments in the platform.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining and expanding our Salesforce environment, which supports internal teams, customer-facing digital platforms, and customer journeys. Our stack includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio, and Mobile Publisher.

In this role, you’ll be expected to:

  • Guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers to implement impactful platform enhancements
  • Partner with the Salesforce Tech Lead to shape and uphold best practices while optimising development processes
  • Offer strategic technical input to stakeholders and leadership teams
  • Take ownership of new features, system improvements, and challenging technical tasks
  • Foster a culture of learning by actively sharing knowledge and supporting team development on a daily basis

You’re a seasoned Salesforce developer with a passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and user-centric design. You’ve led teams, solved tough technical challenges, and taken ownership of delivery. You’re equally comfortable in a sprint planning session or demoing a new feature to stakeholders. You’re proactive, self-motivated, and always looking for ways to improve. You value best practices and enjoy mentoring others. Interested?

Skills & Experience

  • Strong Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, API integrations, Platform Events, Sites)
  • Familiarity with DevOps and modern deployment pipelines
  • Experience mentoring and leading technical teams
  • Sound judgment on when to use declarative vs custom solutions
  • Background in object-oriented programming
  • Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus
  • Agile development experience with tools like Jira
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
