Working for a household name who is expanding their business, a new role exists for a Project Manager to deliver a number of key projects. Working within the Project Delivery Office, you will operate alongside other PM’s and play a key role within the leadership team to help deliver projects that are part of their medium term strategy. Utilising both Internal and 3rd Party resource teams, you will work in an Agile way and apply appropriate levels of governance to each project. You will operate across central functions and work with key stakeholders to define, plan and deliver.
Suitable candidates must have a demonstrable and successful track record of delivering both IT and Business Change Projects. You will have a common sense approach towards leading teams and delivering projects. You will be a naturally engaged and involved person who enjoys rolling your sleeves up and getting things done. Ideally, you’ll have a mixture of skills across a variety of projects and will have delivered solutions around : Technology migration, messaging, Cloud technology and Process automation.
It’s key that you can effectively communicate with people from different parts of a business and be organised. As a natural leader, you’ll need to be commercially aware, prioritise workloads and navigate your way through technical problems. You’ll be self-motivated and deal with a demanding workload with confidence and with a smile on your face.
