Working in a brand-new department with the responsibility of making process efficiencies, reducing cost and waste, and enhancing the delivery of law to those it serves, a new role now exists to analyse and reengineer the business processes that underpin the firm.
Working across all departments, you will help identify areas of improvement, collaborate to best understand the challenges and the needs of customers and to map out solutions clearly in order for a smooth transformation. Whether you’re mapping out processes for a “TO BE” state or working with technologists on RPA projects, you will play a leading role in the project therefore, you must have exceptional communication skills, the ability to run or play an active role in meetings and help in the overall business transformation.
Suitable candidates must possess strong analysis skills, the ability to communicate with operational team members, leadership teams and project stakeholders. You will be capable of mapping business processes and working to recognized practices or method such as Lean.
