A new and exciting role now exists for a Business Process Lead – A business facing role, you will be responsible for working with key stakeholders across the company to identify, analyse, prioritise and recommend opportunities to improve the operational effectiveness across the business. This role will also be responsible for driving a culture of continuous and sustainable improvement by educating and embedding the application of process improvement methodologies and principles into the everyday life of the group.
Your daily duties will include:
  • Working with key stakeholders to analyse and document existing operating processes
  • Production of clear and detailed business cases
  • Project manage the implementation of approved business improvement initiatives ensuring each project delivers against the objectives
  • Assist in developing and delivering a business improvement strategy across the firm.
  • Work closely with our key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure processes are documented
Suitable candidates will have a track record and skills in the following:
  • Experience of leading business improvement initiatives
  • Must have process improvement qualifications (Six Sigma, Lean etc.) and demonstrable experience of applying tools and techniques to identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Must have project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE II, MPS or similar)
  • Strong business analysis, process mapping and facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
