Are you ready to take ownership of complex D365 Business Central projects and see them through from concept to completion? We’re looking for an experienced Business Central Lead Consultant who can combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional results for our clients. You will drive the successful delivery of complex ERP implementations across manufacturing and distribution sectors to name a few.
As a Business Central Lead Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. You’ll manage full project lifecycles from scoping and solution design to deployment and optimisation, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
To break it down, you’ll:
- Take full ownership of end-to-end Business Central projects
- Lead the design, architecture, and functional implementation of solutions
- Mentor and guide junior consultants while effectively delegating tasks
- Drive collaboration across teams and maintain a customer-first approach
About you:
- A confident leader with Proven experience leading full lifecycle D365 Business Central projects
- A strategic thinker with a strong background in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Experience within a Microsoft Partner or consultancy (desirable)
- Deep understanding of Business Central’s core capabilities, especially for manufacturing and distribution
- Your communication style is clear, professional, and engaging thus enabling you to work seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels, including boardroom discussions.
