As the Team Leader of the front-end team, you will construct the integrity of Digital e-commerce web services within a project rich environment dealing with a host of prestigious customers. You will also lead from the front and produce clean, robust code for projects within major accounts.
You will need to be a highly motivated, proactive individual with the ability to solve problems independently or as part of a team. You will be comfortable communicating across video platforms and co-ordinating the efforts of the team remotely.
To be successful in the role, you will need a solid foundation of skills in peer review, setting standards and training, delivering well coded JavaScript services, mentoring team members and being generally organised and can communicate effectively.
Technically, you can display demonstrable experience with things Front end and UX. You will possess core skills in JavaScript, CSS and HTML for page construction and UX/UI.
