IT Consultant
Working for a leading IT solutions Company, you will visit clients, Post Sales, and conduct IT audits / reviews to highlight essential work and identify any further opportunities which will benefit the client. This could be anything from upgrading Security software, Upgrading operating systems to recommending a complete IT Refresh. You will work predominately throughout the Midlands area and will work across and full and varied client Portfolio. , you will utilise skills in: creative problem solving, managing customers’ expectations, working to deadlines, using discretion and working under pressure at times to deliver reliable and tailored IT Solutions.
Suitable candidates must have IT skills: LANs, WANs, O365, Windows Servers, Software Installation, IT Security, Voice and Data, mobile device technology and Cloud technology.
Additionally, you will be organised, able to communicate with customers and be able to build rapport and trust quickly with people. Suitable candidates must have a full & valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 points on it. You will have a sound I track record in IT and will be able to demonstrate where you’ve adding value and spotted opportunities to deliver value when there wan’t a perceived need.
