Supporting UK users, this rapidly growing and successful company is now seeking to employer an eager to learn individual to join their wider IT Team. As an integral part of the IT team, supporting the internal IT infrastructure and providing 1st Line and 2nd Line support to end-users. As the first point of contact, you will resolve a wide-range of IT technical and business related problems. Operating in a small team, you will work through tickets, provide desk side or remote support, work on future projects and assist the company in meeting its strategic goals.

As Device Support Analyst your duties will include:

  • Logging and managing incidents and requests.
  • Working on a fast-paced support desk including working on occasion, outside of normal working hours.
  • Investigate, diagnose and resolve IT support issues,
  • Working with users, other staff and third-party suppliers as appropriate
  • Ensure potential information security risks are identified and dealt with as a priority
  • Assist with agreed plans to install or upgrade items of hardware and/or software

Essential skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hardware and software support skills
  • Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint
  • Windows 10

Desirable skills:

  • IT Security
  • ITIL Foundation
  • LAN & WAN problem solving ability
  • Linux
